OTHER INFORMATION: Valiant is a blue/black grape variety that is very winter hardy, surviving cold temperatures with little to no injury. The vigorous vine is very productive and bears fruit annually. Low acidity and high sugar, ripening in late August. Must have good drainage. Makes red wine, juice or jelly.
