OTHER INFORMATION: A dark-skinned grape used for dark red wine, frequently blended with Pinot Noir. Known to have low levels of histamines, which can cause allergy headaches. Limberger grows well in a warm, protected climate in various soil types. Vine is prone to powdery and downy mildew.
